FUTUROPOLIS 2043 – Luxury High Rise

Our inaugural competition challenged participants to design a visionary high-rise development at Eko Atlantic City, where luxury living and workspaces converge. Set on a 500m x 500m plot in the heart of the business district, the project called for a seamless blend of convenience, sustainability, and advanced technology. Architects were tasked with creating innovative, eco-conscious designs that prioritized energy efficiency, sustainability, and intuitive spatial arrangements, while accommodating 750 individuals in a balanced ecosystem.
